Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes peeled
- 2 spring onions finely chopped, green separated from white
- 1 stock cube, vegetable or chicken to taste
- Pinch of saffron strands (a pinch of turmeric powder can be used if you don't have saffron)
- Pepper to taste
