Ingredients
No quantities given here. The fat will be in the chicken, beans and spaghetti so keep an eye on portion size.
- Chicken breast with skin and fat removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- Courgette cut into small chunks
- Leek, thinly sliced
- Tinned black beans in salted water
- Spaghetti (you can used left-over spaghetti or cook a new batch)
- Water
- Soy sauce
- Garlic clove, chopped
- Fresh ginger chopped
