  • 200g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • A whole head of broccoli blitzed in the food processor
  • tin of sweet corn
  • some red onions roasted without oil
oat-and-veg-bites

Method

  • 1 All mixed in a bowl with lots of pepper, lemon and basil and then baked for 18 minutes.

You can make it with any veg or fruit combo.
